Charlie has over 30 years of kitchen and bath design experience and has spent much of his life in the construction business. He is a Dealer Member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and was recently featured in the cover story of House Beautiful magazine's Kitchen Design Issue. Charlie brings to the table a level of design creativity with spaces that surpasses most in the industry. In addition, he manages the firm’s strategic alliances with many professionals in the kitchen and bath business.

Frank has over 25 years of construction & renovation experience. His focus is implementing the projects that are designed by the firm. Frank works with our employees and a network of established, loyal trade relationships to get our client projects done. His hands -on approach and excellent communication skills with clients and our trades allows for an extremely effective and seamless implementation of client projects.

Kim has 25 years of experience in corporate management, strategic planning and marketing. These skills continue to establish Cranbury Design Center as a financially sound, focused, smoothly run organization within the industry and with our clients. In addition to her responsibilities with Cranbury Design's business, she represents the firm on the Boards of the Community Arts Program at Peddie School (CAPPS) and the Greater Trenton Area YMCA. She is also a member of the West Windsor Plainsboro School District's Strategic Planning Committee and the New Jersey Association of Women in Business Organization (NJAWBO).
